For fixed-rate periods, Bluestep Bank reported 6.53% for one year, with three-year and five-year averages of 6.86% and 6.38%. Margin lenders use credit assessments to set each customer's rate, so their averages are not comparable with bank averages and are not ranked.
The average rate is the figure each bank reports for its mortgages with a given fixed-rate period during the month. It does not show the rate you would get, which depends on factors such as your loan-to-value ratio and income. Bolån Radar collects the figures from the banks' websites and cannot guarantee that they are complete or correct. This article is not advice on loans or fixed-rate periods.
