Margin lenders
For three-month mortgages, Nordax Bank averaged 4.63%, Marginalen Bank 5.31% and 60plusbanken 6.13%. The averages for Svea Bank, Northmill Bank and Bluestep Bank were 6.27%, 6.71% and 6.42%, respectively.
Bluestep Bank also reported 6.26% for one year, 6.16% for three years and 6.37% for five years. Margin lenders set each customer's rate after a credit assessment, so their averages are not comparable with banks' averages and are not ranked.
The average rate is the figure each bank reports for its mortgages with a given fixed-rate period during the month. It does not show the rate you would get, which depends on factors such as your loan-to-value ratio and income. Bolån Radar collects the figures from the banks' websites and cannot guarantee that they are complete or correct. This article is not advice on loans or fixed-rate periods.
